Overview

Design Experts' Working in Harmony program was established in 2008 to support ‘Not-for-profit’ organisations and members of the Design Experts Community who are involved in fundraising activities. 

Tim Gentle, Managing Director or Design Experts has been a Marketing Manager for two large not-for-profit organisations prior to starting up Design Experts and knows how hard it is to raise the funds to develop projects like websites! Design Experts Working in Harmony program provides the opportunity for Not-for-profit organisations to be able to develop an online strategy, whether it be a website, social media presence, online donations etc that showcases their organisation or event, to attract funding, entice new members or service their existing membership base.

Since 2008, the program has created online strategies (web pages, ecommerce, email marketing, social media and more) for more than 40 regional not-for-profit organisations equating to over $113,000 of support.

Should an organisation want to be part of the Design Experts' Working in Harmony program, they simply need to apply by filling out the application form. The application will be reviewed by the Working in Harmony panel and a formal response will then be issued to the applicant.

If successful, a typical scenario would entail the organisation receiving a set amount of pro-bono services and in return, we ask that Design Experts be recognised as a sponsor and receive any associated benefits and that we can communicate with our audience that we have a new program member.
